Dancing can act as a trigger for spontaneous writing and I also offer workshops where I combine the two.

I've been writing stories for a long time and have worked as a journalist and an author.
being creative 
is not about being good at art
​or making a living from it...
I believe that engaging in creative activities makes your life richer and more fulfilled.
The visual arts are often a vital part of my movement workshops.
